- Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 14.24 to EUR 14.46
- Tasks requiring high qualification: from EUR 14.79 to EUR 16.48
Apprenticeship pay
| 1st year of apprenticeship: | EUR 5.30 |
| 2nd year of apprenticeship: | EUR 6.90 |
| 3rd year of apprenticeship: | EUR 10.40 |
| 4th year of apprenticeship: | EUR 12.00 |
Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week
.Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%. Notice periods
Notice periods according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:-
•Employee: from one week to four weeks

Please note: Expiry of claims
Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer lapse within three months
unless asserted in writing (although there are exceptions to this rule). If such claims are denied by the employer, an action
must be filed
within three months. Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
e.g.-
•Special payments: Christmas bonus (Weihnachtsgeld) and annual leave bonus (Urlaubszuschuss)
