  • Increase of minimum wages under the collective agreement by 9,8 %


Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: EUR 13,26
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 13,77 to EUR 15,15
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: from EUR 15,15 to EUR 16,04


Supplements and allowances
e.g. supplements for night work and for night hours in case of two-shift schedules


Working time
The regular working time is 38.5 hours per week

Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.


Notice periods
Notice period according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:
  • Employee
    : from one week to nine weeks
  • Employer
    : from one week to nine weeks


Please note: Expiry of claims
Please note that any and all claims arising from and during the employment relationship with the employer
lapse within four months
, after termination of the employment relationship, contractual claims to wages lapse within
three months
unless asserted verbally or in writing. Claims asserted in vain lapse unless an action is filed within 18 months since first asserted..


Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
