Results of the latest round of negotiations
  • Increase of wages under the collective agreement by 2.3%
  • Increase of sales commissions by 2.3%
  • Increase of board allowances (

Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: from EUR 1,821.97 to EUR 1,913.82
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 1,928.85 to EUR 2,324.64

Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 813.62
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,046.09
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,511.02
4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,627.25

Supplements and allowances
Allowances related to long-term employment

Working time
The regular working time is 38.5 hours per week.
Supplement for extra hours: usually 50%, during specified times 100% and/or 150%.

Notice periods
For employers:
up to 6 months 1 week
more than 6 months 6 weeks
more than 2 years 8 weeks
more than 5 years 13 weeks
more than 15 years 17 weeks
more than 25 years 21 weeks
For employees:
up to 6 months 1 week
more than 6 months 4 weeks

Please note: Expiry of claims
Any claims arising from the employment relationship must be asserted within five months after they arose and/or became known, otherwise the claim expires.
