  • Increase of minimum wages under the collective agreement by 7.0%
  • Increase of actual wages by 5,4%, 150.00 €
  • Increase of allowances under the collective agreement by 7.0%
  • Increase of compensation for expenses by 7.0%
  • Increase of apprenticeship pay by
    • 100.00 € (1st year of apprenticeship)
    • 90.00 € (2nd year of apprenticeship)
    • 100.00 € (3rd year of apprenticeship)
    • 120.00 € (4th year of apprenticeship)


Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: from EUR 2,236.16 to EUR 2,349.14
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 2,566.17 to EUR 2,956.43
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: from EUR 3,310.48 to EUR 3,790.58


Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 900.00
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,090.00
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,425.00
4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,870.00


Supplements and allowances
Dirt, hardship and hazard allowances, allowances for night and shift work, assembly allowance


Working time
The regular working time is 38.5 hours per week
.
Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.


Notice periods
For employers:
6 weeks
after 2 years of employment 2 months
after 5 years of employment 3 months
after 15 years of employment 4 months
after 25 years of employment 5 months
For employees:
1 week
after 1 year of employment 2 weeks
after 5 years of employment 4 weeks
after 10 years of employment 6 weeks
Employees may terminate their employment relationship as per the end of the working week

Please note that any claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer must be asserted within six months.
