Results of the latest round of negotiations
  • Increase of minimum wages under the collective agreement by 5%
  • Increase of apprenticeship pay by Ø 8.6 %
  • Actual wages: 4.8–6.7 %


Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: EUR 2,037.00 (beginner’s salary)
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 2,401.38 to EUR 3,102.45 (beginner’s salary)
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: EUR 3,568.05 (beginner’s salary)


Apprenticeship pay

1st year of apprenticeship: 1,000.00 1,250.00
2nd year of apprenticeship: 1,250.00 1,625.00
3rd year of apprenticeship: 1,500.00 1,875.00

Supplements and allowances
  • Dirt allowance: EUR 0.583 per hour
  • Hardship allowance: EUR 0.583 per hour
  • Hazard allowance: EUR 0.583 per hour
  • Allowance for shift work: EUR 0.511 per hour (2nd shift), EUR 3.010 per hour (3rd shift)
  • Allowances for night work: EUR 3.010 per hour


Working time
The regular working time is 38.5 hours per week
