Minimum wage / minimum salary
- Simple tasks: from EUR 2,151,12 to EUR 2,860,69
- Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 2,842,51 to EUR 3,326,91
Apprenticeship pay

| 2nd year of apprenticeship: | EUR 1,296,51 |
| 3rd year of apprenticeship: | EUR 1,872,75 |

Supplements and allowances
Allowances related to long-term employment. Working time
The regular working time is 38 hours per week
.Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100% and/or 150%. Notice periods
For employers:
| up to 6 months | 1 week |
| more than 6 months | 6 weeks |
| more than 2 years | 8 weeks |
| more than 5 years | 13 weeks |
| more than 15 years | 17 weeks |
| more than 25 years | 21 weeks |
For employees:
| up to 6 months | 1 week |
| more than 6 months | 4 weeks |
Please note: Expiry of claims
Any claims arising from the employment relationship must be asserted within five months after they arose and/or became known, otherwise the claim expires. Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
