•Increase of minimum wages under the collective agreement by 4.0 %
Minimum wage / minimum salary
- Simple tasks: from EUR 12.76 to EUR 14.06
- Tasks requiring qualification: EUR 15.10
- Tasks requiring high qualification: from EUR 16.64 to EUR 17.26
Apprenticeship pay
| 1st year of apprenticeship: | EUR 6.04 |
| 2nd year of apprenticeship: | EUR 9.06 |
| 3rd year of apprenticeship: | EUR 12.08 |
Supplements and allowances
Various dirt, hardship or hazard allowances. Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week
.Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%. Notice periods
Notice period according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:-
•Employee: from one week to three weeks

•Employer: from one week to three weeks
Please note: Expiry of claims
Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer lapse within three months
unless asserted in writing. If denied by the employer, an action
must be filed
within three months. Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
e.g.-
•Payment of daily allowances for work at external workplaces
