Minimum wage / minimum salary
- Simple tasks: from EUR 14,80 to EUR 16,95 per hour
- Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 17,82 to EUR 19,34 per hour
Apprenticeship pay
| 1st year of apprenticeship: | € 5,91 |
| 2nd year of apprenticeship: | € 8,87 |
| 3rd year of apprenticeship: | € 13,18 |
Supplements and allowances
Allowance for night work, performance-related bonus Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week
.Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%. Notice periods
For employers and employees:
| Employment < 10 years | 1 week |
| Employment from 10 to 20 years | 2 weeks |
| Employment > 20 years | 3 weeks |
Please note: Expiry of claims
Any claims arising from the employment relationship must be asserted within four months after the day of payment of wages of the week in which they arose, otherwise they expire. Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
