  • Increase of salaries under the collective agreement by 9.5%
  • Increase of apprenticeship pay by 9.5%

Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: from EUR 2,083.00 to EUR 2,471.00
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 3,167.00 to EUR 4,511.00
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: EUR 6,363.00

Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 906.00
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,164.00
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,445.00
4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,718.00

Supplements and allowances
Hardship allowance

Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week
Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.

Notice periods
For employers:
6 weeks
after 2 years of employment 2 months
after 5 years of employment 3 months
after 15 years of employment 4 months
after 25 years of employment 5 months
For employees:
Please note: Consider the terms stipulated in the employment contract.

Please note: Expiry of claims
Please note that any claims to overtime wages must be asserted within four months.
