  • Increase of wages under the collective agreement in all categories by 2.9%
  • Increase of apprenticeship pay by 2.9%
  • EUR 130.00 Corona-Bonus

Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: from EUR 1,808.30 to EUR 2,432.28
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 2,893.74 to EUR 3,355.19
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: EUR 3,504.09

Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 868.35
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,124.09
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,571.90

special provisions for apprentices within the meaning of Section 80 LF-DG

Working time
The regular working time is 40 hours per week
Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.

Notice periods
For employers and employees:
14 days
after 1 year of employment 1 month
after 5 years of employment 2 months
after 15 years of employment 3 months

Please note that any claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer must be asserted within six months.

Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
  • Bonus payments amounting to 50% of the assessment base per calendar quarter
  • 24 and 31 December are days off work
