Minimum wage / minimum salary
- Simple tasks: from EUR 12.02
- Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 12.99 to Euro 14.24
- Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 15.57
Apprenticeship pay
| 1st year of apprenticeship: | EUR 5.85 |
| 2nd year of apprenticeship: | EUR 7.30 |
| 3rd year of apprenticeship: | EUR 8.75 |
| 4th year of apprenticeship: | EUR 10.10 |
Supplements and allowances
Various supplements for difficult working conditions depending on occupational group and the Land (e.g. dirt or hardship allowance). Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week
.Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%. Notice periods
Notice period according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:-
•Employee: from one week to four weeks

Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer lapse within three months
unless asserted in writing. Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
e.g.-
•Payment of separation allowance (Trennungsgeld)
