Results of the latest round of negotiations
  • Increase of wages under the collective agreement by 2.95% 
  • Increase of allowances related to long-term employment by 2.95%
  • Increase of apprenticeship pay by 2.95%
  • Increase of board allowances (

    ) by 2.00%
  • Overpayments remain unchanged in full.


Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: from EUR 1,659.15 to EUR 1,719.10
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 1,774.63 to EUR 2,004.06
  • Tasks requiring qualification: EUR 2,139.28


Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 701.42
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 901.83
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,302.64
4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,402.84


Supplements and allowances
Allowances related to long-term employment


Working time
The regular working time is 38.5 hours per week.
Supplement for extra hours: usually 50%, during specified times 100% and 150%.


Notice periods
For employers:
up to 6 months 1 week
more than 6 months 6 weeks
more than 2 years 8 weeks
more than 5 years 13 weeks
more than 15 years 17 weeks
more than 25 years 21 weeks
For employees:
up to 6 months 1 week
more than 6 months 4 weeks


Please note: Expiry of claims
Any claims arising from the employment relationship must be asserted within five months after they arose and/or became known, otherwise the claim expires.
