Results of the latest round of negotiations
Increase of minimum wages under the collective agreement by Ø 5.72 %
Increase of apprenticeship pay by 5%
Increase of board allowances (Zehrgelder) and allowances related to long-term employment by 5%
More favourable regulations at company level remain unchanged and overpayment confirmed to be continued
Minimum wage / minimum salary
- EUR 1,730.00 – wage category of employees in the first three months.

Supplements and allowances
Forklift drivers, semi-skilled workers in wage category 5, temporary employees, night work, work on Sundays and public holidays, dirt, hardship and hazard allowance, allowances related to long-term employment.
The regular working time is 38.5 hours per week
Supplement for extra hours
: 50% to 150%.
The employment relationship may be terminated as of the end of each working week subject to the following notice period:
:Employment period with the company of up to six months – one week
:Employment period with the company of more than six months – four weeks
:Employment period with the company of more than six months up to more than 25 years – from six weeks to 21 weeks
Please note: Expiry of claims
Please note that any
arising from the employment relationship with the employer
lapse within five months
unless asserted in writing (although there are exceptions to this rule).
