Minimum wage / minimum salary
EUR 1,901.62 – wage category of employees in the first three months. Apprenticeship pay

| 2nd year of apprenticeship: | EUR 1,156.84 |
| 3rd year of apprenticeship: | EUR 1,670.99 |
| 4th year of apprenticeship | EUR 1,799.52 |
Supplements and allowances
Forklift drivers, semi-skilled workers in wage category 5, temporary employees, night work, work on Sundays and public holidays, dirt, hardship and hazard allowance, allowances related to long-term employment. Working time
The regular working time is 38.5 hours per week
.Supplement for extra hours
: 50% to 150%. Notice periods
The employment relationship may be terminated as of the end of each working week subject to the following notice period:-
Employee and employer:Employment period with the company of up to six months – one week

Employee:Employment period with the company of more than six months – four weeks

Employer:Employment period with the company of more than six months up to more than 25 years – from six weeks to 21 weeks
Please note: Expiry of claims
Please note that any claims
arising from the employment relationship with the employer lapse within five months
unless asserted in writing (although there are exceptions to this rule). Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
