Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: from EUR 1,667.33 to EUR 1,805.47
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 1,859.90 to EUR 2,173.65

Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 803.11
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,037.27
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,271.43

Supplements and allowances
Allowances related to long-term employment.

Working time
The regular working time is 40 hours per week
Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100% and 150%.

Notice periods
For employers and employees:
up to 6 months 1 week
more than 6 months 2 weeks
more than 5 years 4 weeks

Any claims arising from the employment relationship must be asserted within three months after they arose and/or became known, otherwise the claim expires.
