Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: EUR 10.99
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 13.63 to EUR 15.65
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: up to EUR 15.97

Apprenticeship pay
Stonemasons Quarrymen in trades related to construction
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 6.00 EUR 4.90
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 7.70 EUR 7.20
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 11.15 EUR 10.75
4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 12.90

Working time
regular working time is 39 hours per week
Overtime supplement
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.

Notice periods
Notice period according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:
  • Employee
    : from one week to four weeks
  • Employer
    : from one week to four weeks

Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer
unless asserted
within three months
. If payment is claimed in time, a three-year limitation period applies.
