Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: EUR 10.57
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 13.11 to EUR 15.05
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: up to EUR 15.36

Apprenticeship pay
Stonemasons Quarrymen in trades related to construction
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 5.75 EUR 4.70
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 7.40 EUR 6.90
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 10.70 EUR 10.30
4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 12.40

Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week.
Overtime supplement: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.

Notice periods
Notice period according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:
  • Employee: from one week to four weeks
  • Employer: from one week to four weeks

Please note: Expiry of claims
Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer lapse unless asserted within three months. If payment is claimed in time, a three-year limitation period applies.
