  • Increase of minimum wages under the collective agreement and apprenticeship pay levels 2.50%
  • Actual wages: Overpayments unchanged (parallel adjustment)

Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: EUR 1,649.24
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 2,047.56 to EUR 2,232.32
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: up to EUR 2,842.52

Apprenticeship pay
Stonemasons except for artificial stone manufacturers Quarrymen in trades related to construction
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 862.76 EUR 694.95
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,111.92 EUR 1.035.65
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,603.47 EUR 1,549.23
4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 1859,42

Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week.
Overtime supplement: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.

Notice periods
Notice period according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:
  • Employee: any time to three weeks
  • Employer: any time to three weeks

Please note: Expiry of claims
Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer lapse unless asserted within three months. If payment is claimed in time, a three-year limitation period applies.
