Results of the latest round of negotiations
  • Increase of wages under the collective agreement by 2.4 % – 2,7 %


Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: from EUR 8.19 to EUR 9.00 per hour
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 9.49 to EUR 10.76 per hour


Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 925.00
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,179.00
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,423.00


Supplements and allowances
Supplements and allowances for herbicide spraying, sulphurising and spreading commercial fertilisers; allowances related to long-term employment


Working time
The regular working time is 40 hours per week.
Supplement for extra hours: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.


Notice periods
For employers and employees:
up to 1 year of employment 14 days
after 1 year of employment 1 month
after 5 years of employment 2 months
after 15 years of employment 3 months


Please note: Expiry of claims
Any claims arising from the employment relationship that have not been asserted expire half a year after the end of the calendar year in which they arose.
