  • Increase of minimum wages under the collective agreement by 3.55 %
  • Increase of apprenticeship pay by 3.55 %

Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: from EUR 1,838.05 to EUR 2,444.35
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 2,461.83 to EUR 2,842.72

Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 861.64
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,107.82
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,600.19
4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,846.37

Supplements and allowances
Allowances related to long-term employment.

Working time
The regular working time is 38 hours per week
Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100% and/or 150%.

Notice periods
For employers:

up to 6 months 1 week
more than 6 months 6 weeks
more than 2 years 8 weeks
more than 5 years 13 weeks
more than 15 years 17 weeks
more than 25 years 21 weeks
For employees:

up to 6 months 1 week
more than 6 months 4 weeks

Please note: Expiry of claims
Any claims arising from the employment relationship must be asserted within five months after they arose and/or became known, otherwise the claim expires.
