Minimum wage / minimum salary

  • Tasks requiring high qualification: from EUR 2,809.10 to EUR 6,821.99

Working time
The regular working time is 38.5 hours per week.
Supplement for extra hours: usually 50%, during specified times 100% with a base wage factor of 1/144.

Please note: Expiry of claims
  • Proof of previous employment relationships for the crediting of earlier employment periods – expire after two months

  • Ten months of parental leave per child is counted towards advancement
  • Obligation to retain apprentices for six months after they have completed their apprenticeship
